Forchen is a sweet, lovable Goldendoodle in need of a caring foster home while his owner serves in the Air Force. He’ll need a safe, loving place to stay from now through June 30, 2025, with the possibility of a slight extension if needed. Forchen is currently located in Grand Forks, North Dakota, and a friend is available to transport him within a 2-hour radius. For the right foster, transportation can also be arranged to neighboring states, so don’t hesitate to reach out even if you’re a bit farther away!

🧡 A Loving, Friendly Companion

Forchen is the definition of a people pup—he thrives on companionship and absolutely loves being around others. He’s fantastic with people of all ages, including children, and he does well with both cats and other dogs. Whether he’s meeting a new friend on a walk or relaxing with the family at home, Forchen brings a gentle, joyful energy that’s impossible to resist. He’s calm, kind, and always ready to offer cuddles or follow you around the house like your loyal shadow.

🎾 Playful & Full of Fun

When it comes to playtime, Forchen is a blast! He loves going to the dog park and running around with his canine pals, playing chase, and just being part of the fun. He’s an active boy who enjoys being outside, especially if it means romping around or going for a walk. He does well on leash but may pull a little when he’s excited. He also enjoys a good game of catch and loves soft, squeaky toys, although he’s still working on perfecting the art of fetch.

🏡 Calm & Well-Behaved at Home

At home, Forchen is very well-behaved. He’s house trained, crate trained, and generally a quiet dog who doesn’t bark much. He’s not destructive, shows no signs of aggression, and is overall a mellow and loving companion. His favorite thing is just being close to his people, whether that means curling up next to you during movie night or resting his head in your lap after a long day. He’s a total cuddle buddy who just wants to love and be loved.
