(Foster Found) Colby M.

Colby is one cool dog that needs a place to crash while his owner serves overseas with the US Air Force from October 14, 2023 until February 6, 2024. They are currently located in the Hammonton, NJ and are willing to travel up to 4 hours to find the right home.

Colby is a people’s dog who absolutely loves spending time with new and old friends alike.  This sweet and loyal pup will stick to you like Velcro. One thing he loves more than spending time with his favorite people is a classic game of fetch! This old soul would play all day long if his body would let him. When playtime is over, Colby enjoys simply curling up next to you with his favorite stuffed animal for a nap.

The ideal home would be with someone who will enjoy spending as much time with Colby as he will with you!  Colby is used to a home without a yard but would need plenty of walks and runs to get his energy out! He is great with children and understands sit, lay down, crate, bedtime, outside, and dinner time.

Colby barks at other dogs and and maybe friendly when meeting others out on walks. Colby has never lived or had much exposure to other dogs, and the owner airs on the side of caution.  Colby has lived with cats and, after the initial meeting, ignores them.

Since the owner is unsure how Colby would do with another dog, would prefer a foster without other pets in the home.
