Meet Simba is a sweet, social 3-year-old Anatolian Shepherd Mix. Simba’s owner will be deployed with the Army and needs someone to watch his buddy from Aug 31, 2023- Aug. 31, 2024.  The owner can transport within a 6-hour radius of Watertown, MA.

Simba loves people and other dogs; he enjoys going for walks and to the dog park. Simba is house, leash and crate trained- has no destructive tendencies. On walks, Simba is eager to meet new people and dog friends along the way but tends to pull if he sees a squirrel or rabbit.

Simba is good with children and gets happy and excited to play with them. Simba is normally calm and mellow around the house until it is time to play then he is raring to go.

Simba enjoys playing catch, tug of war with his rope toy or with her kong toys. Simba will get the zoomies in short quick busts, then will settle down.

Simba loves to follow his owner around and sit by his side, and loves to cuddle. Simba’s owner states.” Simba is just a big lap dog, that loves to be loved.”. Simba does sleep with his owner.
