(Foster Found) Sage

Sweet Sage is in need of a cuddle buddy while her owner is deployed with the US Navy from November 13^th 2023 until May 16^th, 2024. Sage is currently in San Diego, CA; her owner is willing to travel about 4 hours for the perfect home!

Sage is a gentle soul that loves to spend her days snuggling with her human friends. If she’s not cuddled up with you, she’ll most likely be snoozing in her crate.  Her big brown eyes will light up at the mention of a walk and she loves a good belly rub. Her favorite activity, besides sleeping, is chasing squirrels!  When leashed, Sage can become scared of very active, young dogs and is nervous around young, highly active children.

The owner describes the perfect home for Sage as a place that will love her and take her in as their own. They would take her for walks, give her plenty of belly rubs or simply lounge together around the house. She is accustomed to living in an apartment and a home without a yard and may do well with older, calmer dogs but is not the best with cats.
