(Foster Found) Ozzie & Jennie M.

Meet these two wonderful well-behaved bonded sweeties, Ozzie & Jennie!!  Ozzie and Jennie need a foster while their owner is deployed Feb. 25, 2024- September 6, 2024. The owner can transport within a 10-hour radius of Jacksonville, FL, or along the east coast.

Ozzie and Jennie are great social family dogs, that get along well with people, children, dogs, and cats.  They both do well with children but have minimal experience with younger children. If you can through a ball and give them attention they will love you.

Both dogs are house, leash, and crate-trained, but they don’t need to be cratted; no destructive tendencies. They enjoy going on 3-mile runs, hiking, swimming, paddle boarding, and going to the dog park. They are both loving pets.

Ozzie is the more mellow of the two, and while he is high-energy energy he will just lay around on his dog bed when not playing. Ozzie loves playing fetch and will have you laughing at his flips and turns while chasing a ball around.

Jennie is a more typical Aussie and acts like a mother with people and other pets in the home. Jennie always needs to know where everyone is and what they are doing. Jennie will also let you know when anyone approaches the house to make sure you know they are coming. Jennie is a total love bug and loves to cuddle and spoon with you when relaxing or sleeping.

Jennie has allergies and has a special diet whose food needs to be refrigerated, and she receives liquid allergy meds twice a day prior to eating.

They have both lived with other dogs and cats and enjoy other pets’ company.

The preferred foster would be a loving home that can help keep these sweeties active and loved while the owner is away.
