(Foster Found) Mykonos C.

Breed/Type: Husky pitt mix

Location: Greensboro, North Carolina

Needs foster care by: March 6, 2024
Needs foster care until: October 31, 2024

This sweet social girl needs a place to hang while her owner serves in the National Guard, March 6, 2024- Oct. 31, 2024.   Mykonos is named after the Greek Island and is pronounced Mee-koh-nos.  Mykonos is temporarily located in Greensboro, NC, but the owner is looking for a foster within a 4-hour radius of Greensboro, NC.

Mykonos is social with other dogs and enjoys walks, playing at the dog park, swimming or just getting love and cuddling. Mykonos is leash trained, and when on walks, she enjoys meeting others and sniffing hello, but then may shy away after the initial meeting. Mykonos is used to living in an apartment and regularly enjoys going to the dog park to run around and play with other dogs.

Mykonos is good with people, children over the age of 6, and dogs but has no experience with toddlers or cats. Mykonos can be timid around men and may bark at them at first but warm up to them after a short time and will want to be pet.

At home, she is full of personality and enjoys being by your side and cuddling. When Mykonos wants to play, she will paw at you to try to get your attention and to play with her. Mykonos normally sleeps with the owner and likes to sleep at the foot of the bed or snuggle up back to back.

Mykonos is just a friendly, loving dog that needs a place to crash until her owner returns.
