Meet Kobe a happy-go-lucky, social, playful pup who needs a foster while his owner is deployed Sept. 25, 2024- Dec. 20, 2025. The owner can transport within a 6-hour radius of Lexington, SC.

Kobe is a sweet and friendly 3-year-old lab mix, who is great with people, children, dogs and cats.  Kobe is a big goofy baby that  loves to run around and play with children and other dogs.  Kobe is 61 pounds and may not always realize his size, so care should be taken with smaller younger children.

Kobe is house, crate, and semi-leash trained and on walks, Kobe is extremely social and is always eager and excited to meet new people and pets.  He is also eager to chase squirrels and pull strong to try and chase them.

Kobe is very affectionate and loves getting scratches and belly rubs. Kobe is well-behaved and knows numerous commands such as sit, bed, nap, and ball.  Kobe loves playing catch and chewing on his tennis ball. Kobe likes to watch TV, but only for a little while, and then he wants to play again.

Don’t leave food unattended around Kobe, because he will try and snag it from your plate. The owner sends Kobe to his bed while she eats, otherwise he will continue to stare and beg for food.

This wonderful dog would be a temporary fun addition for an active family that has other dogs and children.
