Kai & Jake Q.

Meet Kai & Jake sweet senior pups who need a place to crash while the owner PCS and can get the pups sent to her.  They are currently staying with a relative, and it is not ideal, so a foster is needed from now on- June 30, 2024. They can be transported within a 2-hour radius of Killeen, TX but would accept help with transportation.

These two senior guys are friendly, low-maintenance guys that get along well with people, children of all ages, dogs, and cats. House, leash and crated trained- No destructive tendencies. 

Jake is medium energy who loves short walks, and is obsessed with playing fetch.  On walks, Jake does well on lead but tends to walk in a zig-zag, smelling everything. He can she shy meeting new people but is always friendly and happy to meet new dogs.  Jake enjoys being outside if you are with him, but he prefers to be with you inside cuddling.  At dog parks, he is friendly with other dogs, but tends to stick close to the owner.  Should be crated when left for long periods.

Kai is a low-energy old man who absolutely loves everyone, especially children and is just a happy pup. He is also crate trained but doesn’t need to be crated and has no destructive tendencies.  Kai is very low energy and enjoys sleeping alot. He will play tug of war , but will get tired and go lay down for a nap. Kai also enjoys short walks and is always happy to meet new people and dogs.
