Meet Jackson, a sweet and loving lab mix that needs a foster while his owner is deployed Dec. 1, 2024- May 31, 2025. The owner can transport within a 6-hour radius of Summerville, SC.

Jackson is a low-energy 10-year-old lab mix who is good with people and older children. Jackson loves all people and just wants to be by their side and get attention.  He is house, crate and semi-leash trained- pulls- when he is excited to meet people.  On walks he will ignore other dogs unless they get to close then he starts to bark and can be fearful reactive. The owner normally doesn’t chance it and avoids Jackson interacting with other dogs.

Jackson loves going for walks and car rides, but most of the time he enjoys lying around the house or sunning himself in the yard. Jackson. Jackson still gets the zoomies and enjoys playing keep away with a ball. That like fetch but he would prefer you chase him to get the ball back. He also enjoys playing tug-of-war or playing with soft dog toys.  Jackson thinks he is a lap dog and loves cuddling up with you.

Jackson would do well in a home where he is the only pet.
