Needs foster care until: October 16, 2025

Meet Ghost, a wonderful, playful, social husky who needs a foster while his owner deploys from Oct. 7, 2024, to Oct. 16, 2025. Ghost is located in Paso Robles, CA, and the owner is willing to transport anywhere in the continental US.

This playful, silly, goofy boy, loves everyone and loves to run around a play. Ghost is house, crate, semi-leash trained and loves people, children, dogs, and cats, and is extremely playful. Ghost loves going for walks and 1 – 2 mile runs, he hasn’t mastered being on a leash and pulls because he wants to go, and is eager to meet new people and dogs along the way.

Ghost also enjoys going to the dog park and loves to run around and play chase. Ghost loves to run and in the yard will get the zoomies and takes off running full speed. Ghost has no destructive tendencies but likes chewing on plastic water bottles, bones, and chew sticks.

At home, Ghost likes to be near the owner and will follow him around room to room and will lay or sit near the owner when relaxing.  If Ghost wants to play he has been known to throw his toys at the owner to encourage him to get up and play with him.  Ghost enjoys playing fetch and Tug-of-War.

Ghost is fearful of balloons and will shrink away from them and cry.

Ghost is a great social dog who would do well in most active households who have time to walk and play with him.
