Meet Comet & Jupiter – A Bonded Duo Looking for a Loving Foster Home!

Comet (1 year old, 28 lbs) and Jupiter (2 years old, 45 lbs) are two sweet and spirited pups who are looking for a short-term foster home while their owner is away serving in the military. These playful companions are currently in Dayton, OH, but transportation is available for the right foster home within driving distance.

Why You’ll Love Comet & Jupiter

Both dogs are medium-energy, affectionate, and get along wonderfully with each other. They love being around their humans and are great with children. Whether it’s lounging together or exploring the yard, these two enjoy each other’s company and bring a calm, joyful presence to any home. They are crate trained, leash trained, and house trained, making them an easy addition for a foster family.

Comet is a cuddler who adores people and likes to stay close. He can be a little shy around men at first but warms up quickly and enjoys lounging in the sun or snuggling up for pets. Jupiter is a gentle, independent girl who gets along with other dogs (with proper introductions) but would prefer a home without cats. She’s affectionate without being needy and enjoys her quiet time too.

These pups would thrive in a home with a fenced yard or access to outdoor time. While they are fine being left alone for a few hours, they do best with routine and structure. A foster family with experience or patience will help them feel right at home during their brief stay.
