Foster Needed for Bonnie: A Sweet and Loving Lab/Pit Mix

Bonnie is a 2-year-old Lab/Pit mix who is currently in need of a foster home until May 18, 2025. This sweet, lovable girl was recently taken to the County shelter, but PACT is working hard to find her a safe and loving place to stay while her Veteran mom is receiving care and treatment. We need a foster for Bonnie now, and she’s ready to bring lots of love into your home! Located in Gainesville, FL.

Bonnie is a friendly, social dog who gets along well with people, children, dogs, and cats. She’s house-trained and semi-leash trained, making her a great companion for walks and trips to the dog park. Bonnie has a playful side and loves to fetch toys, but she’s also a big fan of cuddling and will happily curl up in your lap (despite thinking she’s still a tiny puppy!).

One of Bonnie’s adorable traits is her expressive face—she’s known to make some very cute, goofy expressions and will sometimes “talk” to you in her own sweet way. She loves being around people and other dogs, and someone will surely fall in love with her easygoing, affectionate nature.

Bonnie needs a safe and caring foster home where she can feel secure and loved until she can reunite with her mom. If you’re interested in fostering Bonnie, you’ll be giving this sweet girl the chance to feel safe, loved, and part of a family once again.
