Foster Needed for Ash & Ghost: Two Sweet Kitties Looking for Temporary Love!

Meet Ash & Ghost, two adorable and lovable cats who need your help while their owners serve our country! Ash and Ghost are in need of a foster home from March 28, 2025 – August 1, 2025. Their owners are both being deployed, and while they’re heartbroken about being apart from their fur babies, they want to make sure Ash & Ghost are well taken care of during their time away. They can be transported within a 6-hour radius of Clarksville, TN, so if you’re nearby, we’d love for you to give these sweet kitties a temporary home!

Ash, a 1-year-old, 9-pound Russian Blue, is a playful and affectionate boy with tons of personality! He’s super talkative and will happily remind you when it’s time to eat (even if he just finished a meal a few minutes ago!). Ash loves attention and can be a bit of a troublemaker—he’ll try to surf the counters and nibble on plants if given the chance! He’s a social kitty who gets along with people, children, cats, and even cat-friendly dogs. Ash has lived with all kinds of animals and is always up for some playtime—whether it’s chasing string toys, bugs, or just lounging in the sun on his favorite cat tree. He’s got a sweet, medium-energy vibe and will make a wonderful companion for anyone looking for a playful and loving kitty!

Ghost, a 2-year-old, 11-pound Domestic Shorthair, is a low-energy sweetheart with a serious love for cuddles. She’s a bit shy at first, but once she warms up to you, she’s all about snuggling and making biscuits in bed! Ghost is very vocal, especially when it’s mealtime or when she’s playing with Ash. She lives with two Huskies, but prefers to keep her distance—though she does love to get them to chase her around! Ghost loves playing with laser pointers and cardboard scratchers, and when it’s time to relax, you’ll find her curled up with you, making your lap her favorite place. She’s the ultimate cuddler and would love a peaceful, loving foster home where she can feel safe and adored.
