A graduate of the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities with a degree in Speech/Broadcasting David had an extensive career in television production working for a variety of Public Television Stations. Moving from St Paul MN to Baltimore he worked for Maryland Public Television and then worked for WNMU-TV in Marquet Michigan and finally WGVU-TV in Grand Rapids MI.
The last 5 years David was Director of Development for West Michigan Public Television. In 1990, he started Market Mapping plus, a firm dedicated to helping non-profit and all sized businesses expand their donor/customer base using Direct Mail and Email Marketing.
In 2007 David was elected to the Small Business Association of Michigan board of directors and served a six-year term and in 2023 he was appointed to the Kentwood City Zoning Board of Appeals. He is a former Volunteer Firefighter with the Reisterstown Volunteer Fire Department.
