Sherri is a veteran undergoing medical treatment in Newark, NJ.  Sherri is hoping to find a foster for her cats, Rocky and Max, while she recovers from ASAP – 3/1/2020.

Rocky and Max are 2 year old neutered male orange tabby cats.  Rocky is a long haired cat, and Max is short haired.  Both boys are under 10lbs and up to date on their vaccinations.  Here’s what Sherri has to say about Max: “Max is my cuddle buddy. Everytime he wakes up, he always want to go under the covers with me and snuggle. He loves affection and is a very affectionate cat. He would always have his left paw on me to ensure I was always there and then fall back to sleep. He senses when I’m not feeling well and would circle around me with his brother and sister and watch over me. I love my (Maxxy Poo)…my nickname for him. Max LOVES playing in the snow…even snow ball fights and loves playing with the leaves.”  And her Rocky: “Rocky is my little protector. He always knows when I’m not feeling well and will sit in his favorite chair in the bedroom and will stay with me until I completely get up. Rocky loves to be stimulated mentally. He loves playing cat games on the IPAD. Just like his brother Max, he can kick a ball back to you if kicked to him. He loves watching the birds in the morning and I know he misses chasing them around. He eats differently than everyone else and only eats the dry food that has to be mixed with water. He is a very loving cat and loves being around children because he grew up with one and they had such a special bond and every time he would hear the kids come home from school and play outside, he would watch them for hours. He loves to play.”

Please consider giving Rocky and Max a temporary home.
