Gavin & Moose

Does anyone have any extra room for Gavin and Moose? Their owner is in the Marines and will be deployed June 21, 2023- Dec. 15, 2023. The owner can transport within a 2-hour radius in Jacksonville, NC. They can be separated to be fostered.

Gavin is a 10-year-old male chihuahua. The owner states, “Gavin is the sweetest thing you will ever see. He stares at you with buggy eyes; his tongue sticks out, and he nuzzles his head into your chest. He does happy jumps when you get home. He always wants to be with you.”.  Gavin is house and leash trained and gets along well with people, older children, and other dogs. He is fearful of loud noises and too much commotion.

Moose is a 4-year-old, 108-pound cane corso. Moose is the biggest baby you will ever meet. He loves to greet you in the mornings or when you get home with different items he finds around the house. It is the cutest thing, especially because he will NOT destroy it. He just wants to bring it to you. House trained. He is working on leash training; he will pull and jump up to meet people. Moose is good with people and older children and can be ok with calmer, submissive dogs after a proper introduction.  Moose is such a good buy. He prefers a family where he is the only animal.
