🐾 Meet Colt & Jade

These two incredible pups have been a source of joy and loyalty to their family, but now they need loving foster home within 6 hrs of Kenansville, FL, while their owner receives Military Training.

They’re both house-trained, low-maintenance, and loving dogs with a lot to offer — whether you’re looking for a playful cuddlebug (Colt) or a laid-back sunshine seeker (Jade).

Colt, a 4yr old Coonhound/Pit Mix, is a medium-energy snuggler who loves short bursts of outdoor playtime, followed by hours of quiet companionship. Colt is well-mannered, crate- and house-trained, and walks well on a leash (with the help of a training collar for occasional reminders). He’s great with dogs, cats, and all people — and is just as happy curled up by your feet as he is chasing a ball in the yard.

He’s the type of dog who’ll gently follow you from room to room, just to be nearby. Colt loves puzzle toys, soft stuffies, and being included in whatever you’re doing.

Jade is a beautiful, German Shepherd who thrives in peaceful surroundings and sunny spots. At 9 years old, she’s calm and affectionate on her terms — more likely to relax quietly in the shade than demand attention, though she definitely enjoys being loved on when the time is right.

Jade is house- and crate-trained, walks gently on leash, and is trained with a beep collar to reinforce good manners. She loves cats and has done well in homes with them — but she does not do well with other dogs.

Jade is currently recovering from a minor knee injury, wearing a vet-approved brace for 1–2 hours a day and taking supplements to help her heal.

Both Colt and Jade are looking for fosters who can provide love, structure, and a soft place to land while their human receives Military Training. With your support, we can make sure they’re safe, loved, and thriving until their family returns.
