Jacob is a member of the US Army Reserves preparing for his basic training!  Jacob is excited to begin his career serving in the US military, but is very worried about where his faithful dog Oscar will stay while he’s in training.  Jacob and Oscar are looking for a foster home near Port Saint Lucie, FL, from 11/3/2019 – 6/30/2020.

Oscar is a 4 year old, 50lbs, neutered male mixed breed dog.  Oscar is microchipped and up to date on his vaccinations, flea/tick, and heartworm prevention.  Oscar is crate trained, but could use some work with his leash training.  Oscar responds to commands for sit and lay down.  Oscar gets along well with other dogs and loves people, but hasn’t had experience with young kids.  Jacob says: “He’s a lover. I adopted him from the humane society and I always tell people when they visit he just wants some love. I worked 8-10 hour days and he was always a good dog.”
