Daniela is a member of the US Air Force and will be going to training from 2/20/2021 – 7/31/2021.  Daniela is hoping to find a loving foster home for her cat, Onyx, near their home in San Jose, CA, for the time that she will be away.  Can you offer Onyx a place to stay?

Onyx is a 3 year old, 15 lbs, neutered male domestic short haired cat (black.)  Onyx is up to date on his vaccinations, flea/tick prevention, and he has been microchipped.  Onyx is afraid of dogs, and will swat/hiss at dogs in his space, so PACT is hoping to find him a dog-free foster home to stay in.  He is great with other cats and would be fine with gentle kids.  Daniela says that Onyx may scratch surfaces in the home, but that she works to discourage him whenever she sees him doing it.  Daniela says, “Onyx is a love bug. Extremely docile and affectionate. He loves to cuddle and is very social. He’s very playful, curious, and has a mellow personality. He’s very sensitive to people’s needs and when someone is sad or unwell, he likes to sit or cuddle next to the person. He is an ESA (Emotional Support Animal) and he takes his job with pride. He also loves adventures. I’ve taken him on some road trips and he does very well riding in the car. I put him on a leash and inside his carrier, and he just chills in there. I tried taking him on walks, but he’s not quite there yet. He’s the perfect best friend and it’s very easy to fall in love with him.”
