Marcus is a member of the US Army who is currently overseas until 6/30/2020.  His wife has been having a hard time adjusting without him while caring for their two dogs, baby girl, and attending graduate school and working part time. Marcus and his wife are hoping for just a little bit of assistance with their two furry babies, Neiman and Nyobe from 12/1/2019 – 6/30/2020.  If you’re currently living near Chicago, IL, and have room for these two sweeties, please let us know!

Neiman is an 8 year old, 25 lbs, neutered male Cocker Spaniel. Neiman is microchipped, up to date on his vaccinations, heartworm and flea/tick prevention. Neiman walks well on leash and knows commands for sit, down, stay, and come.  Neiman enjoys playing with other dogs and snuggling with his people.  He has lived with infants, other dogs, and cats peacefully in the past.

Nyobe is a 10 year old, 45lbs, spayed female Border Collie mix.  Nyobe is up to date on her vaccinations, flea/tick, and heartworm prevention.  Nyobe also walks well on leash and knows commands for sit, down, stay, and come.  Nyobe is more wary of other dogs than her brother, and requires a slow introduction to other dogs. She is good with gentle kids and cats.
