Chris is a member of the US Army who is currently overseas on assignment.  His brother has been watching Maya, Chris’s dog, but due to personal circumstances will need to sell his home and relocate Maya.  Maya will need a new foster home from 10/30/2019 – 2/28/2020.  PACT is looking for a great foster home for the remained of Chris’s tour near their home in Owings Mills, MD.

Maya is a 6 year old, 85 lbs, spayed female pit bull.  She is microchipped and up to date on her vaccinations, heartworm, and  flea/tick prevention.  Maya walks nicely on leash and knows commands for sit, stay, come, and paw.  She is great with kids, but doesn’t have any experience living with other dogs or cats, so PACT recommends a slow introduction to other pets.  Maya has a submissive personality and can be skittish of new things and environments at first.  She will warm up to be a friendly, loving, and energetic lap dog!  Can you offer Maya a place to stay?
