UPDATE: Lincoln was reunited with mom and dad and new baby sister!!

UPDATE: Lincoln has found a foster home!

Adrienne and her husband are expecting their first child in October, but they recently found out that the baby has an extremely rare congenital disorder that only affects 1 in 4,000 babies in the US.  Because of the rarity and severity of this particular defect, Adrienne and the baby will be treated over the next several months at Johns Hopkins University Hospital.  Adrienne and the baby will need two surgeries to fix the defect and will be staying in the hospital to monitor both Mom’s and Baby’s health.  Lincoln, a wonderfully playful and cuddly Chihuahua/Jack Russel mix, will need a place to call home during his family’s hospital stay.  Lincoln is very playful, but would also be happy just cuddling with you on the couch under a blanket.  Are you able to let Lincoln curl up on your couch for a few months until he is able to go home with his family and new baby sibling?
