Alvaro and Rina are members of the US Navy preparing for an overseas change of station beginning 10/1/2019.  The couple would like to bring their ruggedly handsome cat, Leo, with them, but he needs to hang out stateside just a little bit longer to complete his quarantine period in a family home.  PACT is working with Operation: GitMeow! to help Leo with his transition overseas, but for now, we’re looking for a great foster near Washington, DC, to care for him from 10/1/2019 – 3/30/2020.  Can you offer Leo a place to stay?

Leo is a 4 year old neutered male short haired tabby cat.  Leo is about 13 lbs, microchipped, and up to date on his vaccinations.  Leo started his life as a stray, and luckily enough, Alvaro and Rina moved into his neighborhood.  Leo would greet them everyday after work, and very soon after their first meeting, the couple decided that Leo should be theirs.  Leo is a sweet and affectionate guy that gets along well with other cats, though he doesn’t have experience with dogs or children.  Can you offer Leo a home for a few months?
