Laila is an extremely sweet, quiet, and friendly pitbull with love to share! She just wants to be held and scratched, unless she’s meeting new friends at the dog park. Laila’s mom, Petty Officer Second Class Baez, was shipping out with the Navy to the Middle East for a year, but all the other foster plans for Laila fell through at the last minute! Baez was terrified of what might happen to Laila if she went back to the shelter, so she contacted PACT. Soon, Laila met the Masusock family, who happily took Laila in as one of their own. Their 2nd foster term (and 4th foster pet!) with PACT for Animals, the Masusocks are glad to have another sweet pup in their life while helping out a wonderful woman like Petty Officer Baez.

Laila was recently reunited with Cristina. The Masusock Family went above and beyond what is expected from a foster, and we cannot thank them enough. Laila, Cristina and the Masusocks have formed a wonderful bond that will last forever!
