Sylvia is a member of the US National Guard, and her unit is preparing for an overseas assignment which will take her away from her Fort Worth home for 13 months.  Sylvia is looking for a great cat foster for her baby, Freddy, from 10/31/2019 – 11/30/2020.  Can you offer Freddy a place to stay?

Freddy is a 3 year old neutered male domestic tabby cat.  He is microchipped and up to date on his vaccinations and flea/tick prevention.  Freddy is a quiet companion, but he may chirp or sing to you when he wants some attention.  Here’s what Sylvia has to say about her Freddy: “Freddy was originally my aunt’s cat. He was given to me when she moved to Greece. Originally he was a stray living in and around the gutter in downtown Abilene, TX. He’s incredibly friendly and is always the first to meet me at the door. Usually he’s pretty happy just with some petting and a chin scratch, and just getting to twine around legs. He’s pretty ok with just doing his own thing most of the time.Every so often when he really craves physical contact, he’ll sneak into bed with me and curl up on my chest right under my chin while purring. He’ll wrap his paws around my arm that l’m using to scratch his chin or ears just to be sure l don’t move away. He’ll sometimes play soccer with me using a rolled up pair of socks.”  If you can help Freddy be with Sylvia again, please let us know!
