Robert is a citizen in Glen Burnie, MD, who recently suffered a fall and will need to undergo physical rehab before he can get back home to his dog, Chelsea.  Chelsea is currently being fed and let out by a neighbor, but since Robert may be gone for the next two months, PACT is hoping to find a great foster home for her to stay in!  Chelsea needs a place to stay ASAP – 3/31/2021.  Can you take care of this sweet girl?

Chelsea is a 10 year old, 55lbs, spayed female hound/terrier mix.  She is up to date on her vaccinations, flea/tick prevention, and heartworm prevention, and she’s microchipped.  Chelsea walks nicely on leash and knows commands for sit, high five, paw, and stay.  Chelsea does well with other dogs and older kids.  Robert says she has a submissive disposition and is friendly with all people.  More than anything else, she’s Robert’s best friend and constant companion.
