Jared is a member of the US National Guard and will be leaving his Rathdrum, ID, home for a two month training assignment from 4/29/2019-6/30/2019. His wife will be heading back to her hometown and family to help care for their two young children, but unfortunately the family dogs, Buddy and Axel, aren’t able to go with her! PACT is hoping to find a foster family to keep Buddy and Axel safe for the two months their family will be separated.

Buddy is a 7 year old neutered male chocolate lab. Buddy is about 80 lbs, and a gentle, easy going dog. Buddy gets along great with young kids and infants and other dogs. Buddy is leash trained and knows commands for sit, down, and stay.

Axel is a 1 year old neutered male German Shepard. Axel is about 70 lbs, and highly energetic. Axel would do well in an active foster home with his brother or another dog. Axel is leash and crate trained, and knows commands for sit, stay, down, and place. Axel loves kids and playing with other dogs.
