Kory and his family are currently stationed overseas, and were set to come home and reunite with their dog, Bishop in March!  However, due to travel restrictions due to the Coronavirus outbreak, Kory has been delayed until June at the earliest.  Bishop was staying with Kory’s father-in-law in Layton, UT, but his father-in-law has a planned move out of state and is unable to take Bishop with him!  Bishop needs a foster starting ASAP until 6/30/2020.  Can you offer him a place to stay?

Bishop is a 14 year old, 50 lbs, neutered male bull terrier mix.  He is up to date on his vaccinations, microchipped, and takes a daily medication to help with his arthritis pain.  Bishop is crate and leash trained, and knows commands for sit, stay, and speak.  Bishop is low energy and very gentle with other dogs and kids.  He loves to be pet, and will gently nuzzle you until you give him some lovin’.  Kory says, “The perfect foster family for him would be a family that will give him affection, and attention, he loves that. If the family has children, maybe older children would be better at this stage of his life. He is low energy and likes to lay around, so he may not enjoy little ones climbing all over him. However, he has never had an issue with small children, and currently lives with a small high energy dog, and he’s okay with it.”
