Caitlin is a member of the US Navy and is preparing for a year long assignment from 10/28/2019 – 10/28/2020.  She is hoping to find a great PACT foster near Norfolk, VA, to care for her sweet senior dog, Artie.

Artie is a 9 year old, 55 lbs, neutered male American Bull Terrier.  Artie is microchipped and up to date on his vaccinations, flea/tick, and heartworm prevention.  Artie has arthritis in his legs, and takes a daily supplement to help with his chronic pain.  Artie is a sweet guy who enjoys the company of people and will ignore most other dog companions in favor of humans!  Artie walks well on leash, is crate trained, and knows commands for sit, stay, jump, and kisses.  Artie would do best in a home without cats or very young kids who might be rough or fall on his sore legs.  Can you offer Artie a quiet place to wait for his mama to come home?
