Tovah needs a home in NY/NJ/PA/CT/RI/MA/DE
Jolanta rescued her dog Tovah 4 years ago. Before that, people were not always very kind to Tovah, and she understandably is still fearful at times. In spite of her past, Tovah loves people, and has lived with children 6 years and older and is great. Jolanta feels that Tovah will not be comfortable with very small children, like toddlers, because of her fearfulness. Tovah isn’t shy about wanting affection—she will gently push your hand on her head so you will pet her.
Jolanta is a Captain in the U.S. Army, and is deploying to Afghanistan for the next year. She wants nothing more than to know that Tovah will be safe and loved while she is away.
Tovah is an older dog and would do best in a quiet home without any other animals. She isn’t very active but because she is a bigger dog and is strong, Jolanta suggests she have a fenced in yard rather than someone needing to leash walk her. But this is not a requirement.
Can you please help Tovah out so she can be reunited with her mom again next year?
