Rocky needs a home in FL

Do you wish your dog loved music as much as you do? Rocky will dance and move his head to the beat when his favorite tunes are on!

Jessica has committed to caring for her mother for the next six months after she undergoes surgery on her legs. Jessica’s dog Rocky is unable to stay with her because, although he’s super sweet and obedient, he’s a big boy, and she can’t take the chance that he may accidentally injury her mother.

Even though Rocky is good with children, cats and other dogs, Jessica is sadly finding it challenging to find a foster for him because of the stereotypes associated with his breed.

Rocky is in the process of being trained to be a service dog who will eventually be able to help people with disabilities. He understands many commands. He walks well on leash and is housebroken/crate trained.

Rocky does have mild separation anxiety when left alone, but it tends to pass rather quickly, and then he is settled in his crate.

Please consider helping Rocky and Jessica out by opening your home and heart to this affectionate and smart pup!
