Gigi needs a forever home!
Gigi came into PACT’s foster care program in the Spring.
During the summer, Theresa, her owner, was so excited about being reunited with Gigi, and was very close to doing so, when she passed away unexpectedly. Theresa was best known for her amazing and tireless work in the animal rescue world, including founding the Facebook page “The Lost Pets of Delaware County.”
Fortunately, Gigi’s foster mom Debi has been so kind to continue to care for her until a more permanent solution can be found. Although Debi and Gigi have become quite attached to one another, she is unable to adopt her.
At approximately 3 years old, Gigi is a smart and affectionate Pit Bull mix. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, and housebroken. She is extremely playful and has a lot of energy, but also loves to just hang out with her special humans while watching television.
She would do best in a home without small children, small or dominant dogs, or cats. Gigi would also benefit from a situation where she is not alone for too many hours during the day. She does have some separation anxiety. Gigi is a sensitive girl, both emotionally and physically. She has some allergies that flare up that affect her skin and stomach, but a grain-free fish diet does help with managing some of these issues.
Please consider giving Gigi a second chance at having a family of her own. She can be nervous in new situations, but if you are patient and gentle with this sweet girl, she will be an amazing addition to your life and family.
If you are interested in adopting Gigi, please contact PACT at 610-581-4141, or email email@example.com
